Bogie Hearth Furnace

Bogie Hearth Furnace has wide application in machine repairing shop. Equipped with PID temperature controller, this furnace can maintain around 400 degree C operating temperature. This furnace is mainly used for heat treatment of metal work pieces. Angle steel of patented design has been used to develop its heater based heating element. Its door has upward and downward lifting based mechanism and standard electrical lifting accessories. Entire body of this Bogie Hearth Furnace is insulated with aluminum silicate fiber that maintains standard melting temperature and reduces its heat absorption rate. Quick heating function reduces operating cost of this furnace.
